Mumbai: NCP-SP leader Sharad Pawar has been admitted to the hospital. He was in Baramati when he ripened a throat infection. He was then admitted to Ruby Hall Clinic in Pune. His nephew, Ajit Pawar, was observing the thirteenth-day rituals without a death in the family today, and Sharad Pawar was supposed to be there. However, he had been feeling unwell since morning and was sooner taken to the hospital.
It has been reported that he had been suffering from fever, cough, and phlegm for the past one or two days. This morning, when his condition worsened, he had to be taken to the hospital. Today is the thirteenth-day death year-end of the late NCP leader Ajit Pawar in Kathewadi, Baramati taluka. Dr. Grant of Ruby Hall Clinic has moreover confirmed Sharad Pawar's hospitalization. It should be noted that Ajit Pawar died in a plane crash in the last week of January. The wrecking occurred while he was traveling to Baramati for whistle-stop in the district steering elections. This unfortunate incident happened at a time when talks of a merger between the two factions of the NCP were underway.
