After the nomination filing, during the scrutiny of the Election Commission, a flaw was detected in her form.
Suman's nomination got rejected by the Election Commission as during the 2020 Bihar elections, she had shown her native place as Chandauli district, while in the 2025 elections, she mentioned her residence in Bihar.
