New Delhi: Monsoon has once then gained momentum in the country. The Meteorological Department (IMD) has warned of heavy to very heavy rain in many states including Uttar Pradesh, Bihar on August 25. At some places there will be rain with strong wind and thunder. The wind speed can go up to 40 to 80 kilometres per hour. According to the Meteorological Department, a low pressure zone has worked over the Ganga region of West Bengal, Jharkhand and northern Odisha. Due to this, conditions of heavy rain are stuff created in many states.
