Patna: After NDA's landslide victory in the Bihar elections, JDU senior Nitish Kumar will take oath as Senior Minister for the tenth time on November 20. A senior party leader said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will shepherd the swearing-in ceremony, and at least one deputy senior minister will moreover be appointed.
