Ayodhya: Prime Minister Narendra Modi withal with RSS Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat hoisted the saffron flag atop the 191-foot-high ‘shikhar’ of Ayodhya Ram Temple today. During the flag hoisting ceremony, PM Modi moreover addressed the gathering.
It is to be noted here that the Dharma Dhwaj, measuring ten feet in height and twenty feet in length, have the image of a radiant Sun, with an ‘Om’ inscribed on it withal with the image of the Kovidara tree.

Speaking at the occasion, PM Modi said, "... This Dharma Dhwaja is not just a flag. It is the flag of the rejuvenation of Indian civilisation. The Saffron colour, Suryavansh's signia, the 'Om' word, and the Kovidara tree impersonate Ram Rajya's glory. This flag is a resolution, a success, a story of struggle to creation, a physical form of the struggle of 100s years...''
''For the coming thousands of centuries, this flag will proclaim Lord Ram's values... Truth is Dharma... There should be no favoritism or pain, and there is peace and happiness... There should be no poverty, and no one is helpless...," he added.
What PM Modi said about Ram Lalla's birthplace?
Further PM Modi, said, "...Our scriptures say that those who are unable to come to the temple and yet pay their respects to the temple flag from separated moreover receive the same merit... This flag will provide a glimpse of Ram Lalla's rookery from separated and will convey the commands and inspirations of Lord Shri Ram to all humankind for month to come.''
He added, ''I proffer my heartfelt greetings to the millions of Ram devotees wideness the world on this unforgettable moment... I moreover salute all the devotees today. I express my gratitude to everyone who unsalaried to the construction of the Ram Temple. I congratulate every labourer, artisan, planner, architect, and worker involved in the construction of the Ram Temple..."
