Jind: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Jind district of Haryana on Friday, where he will flag off India's first hydrogen-powered train. During his visit, the Prime Minister will dedicate and lay the foundation stones for several major minutiae projects wideness Haryana.
When will PM Modi flag off hydrogen-powered train?
The country's first hydrogen train will uncork regular service for unstipulated passengers without its inauguration, starting July 17. Passengers on this train, which runs on the Jind-Sonipat section, will be worldly-wise to travel when and along from Sonipat to Jind, paying the normal fare, just like passenger trains.
This train will serve 14 stations. The maximum fare from Jind to Sonipat will be Rs 25. Furthermore, for security reasons, drone flying has been temporarily vetoed within the Sonipat Police Commissionerate.
On Friday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off the train from Jind at 11 am On the inaugural journey, two coaches of the train will be reserved for senior railway officials, experts, and special guests, while the remaining coaches will siphon a total of 1,000 students, including 200 students each from five stations.
These include Pandu Pindara, Gohana, Lath, Mohana, and Sonipat stations. The train will operate as services 74010 and 74009. During regular operations, the train will depart Jind daily at 7:40 am and victorious in Sonipat at 9:40 am. On its return journey, it will depart Sonipat at 10:30 am and victorious in Jind at 1 pm. The train will run six days a week. The maximum speed of the train will be 75 kmph.
How many stops are there?
After valedictory from Jind Junction, the train will reach Sonipat Junction via Jind City, Pandu Pindara, Lalit Kheda, Bhambheva, Ishapur Kheri, Butana, Khandrai, Gohana, Rabhra, Lath, Mohana, and Badwasni. On the return journey, the train will stop at all stations in the same sequence.
