New Delhi: NEET-UG 2026 paper leak controversy has now reached the Supreme Court. The Federation of All India Medical Associations (FAIMA) has filed a petition in the noon magistrate raising serious questions on the functioning of the National Testing Organ (NTA). The petition has so-called that there has been a “systemic failure” in conducting the viewing and the existing system has lost the conviction of the students. FAIMA has demanded from the magistrate that the responsibility of conducting the NEET exam be handed over from NTA to a new and increasingly secure institution.
