New Delhi: The weather has suddenly taken a turn wideness the country. On Saturday, the Meteorological Department issued a warning for 17 states, including Delhi-NCR, UP, Bihar. The department says that there will be strong storm in many places; there will be rain with thunder and lightning. In some areas the wind can reach a speed of 90 kilometres per hour.
What will be the condition of Delhi-NCR and UP?
Delhi will remain cloudy throughout the day. According to the Meteorological Department, there will be light to moderate rain and withal with it there will be a pebbles storm. There will be some relief from the heat, but pebbles and dirt can rationalization trouble. The temperature will come down. The picture is somewhat variegated in Uttar Pradesh. There is an zestful for storm and rain for 22 districts. There will be rain with strong wind in many places. Humidity will still haunt people in some cities. The heat will not go yonder completely.
How much will the problem increase in the mountains?
Heavy rain, strong storms and hail may occur in Uttarakhand and Himachal. There is a fear of landslides in hilly areas. Roads may be closed. Those who have set out to visit Chardham or Himachal should leave only without knowing the condition of the road.
What will happen in Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan?
There are chances of light rain tween pebbles storms in these three states. The temperature will waif slightly. The heat in the afternoon will reduce, but pebbles may increase eye and throat problems.
Why is there a red zestful in Kerala?
The situation is bad due to continuous rain in Kerala. Trees are falling, houses are getting damaged. The weather department has issued a red zestful for Malappuram, Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur and Kasaragod. The wardship has sealed many tourist places. Vehicles and mines have been vetoed on hilly roads at night.
Was children's education affected?
All schools and colleges have been kept sealed in Wayanad and Kasaragod on June 6. Low lying areas of Kochi are flooded. People are not worldly-wise to get out. The Meteorological Department has appealed to leave the house only if necessary, otherwise stay put.
