New Delhi: Amid the ongoing war in the Middle East, Iran Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi on Tuesday thanked Afghanistan’s authorities and people for their support and for condemning the US-Israeli regime.

Seyed Abbas Araghchi expressed gratitude to Afghanistan, saying they had condemned what he described as deportment by the United States and Israel versus Iran.
Abbas Araghchi said Iran would protract to “stand firm and steadfast” versus the military offensive.
Taking to X on Tuesday, Araghchi thanked both the government and people of Afghanistan for showing solidarity with Iran.
Araghchi wrote in Persian which roughly translates, "In this happy month of Ramadan, I sincerely thank the government and people of Afghanistan. They have condemned the overstepping of America and the Israeli regime, and expressed solidarity and support for the people and government of Iran."
