New Delhi: Abhijeet Dipke, Ashutosh Ranka and Saurav Das were released by the SEM Court, Delhi Cantt, on October 11 without furnishing a Rs 50,000 surety yoke to maintain peace and good behaviour for one year. They were underdeveloped preventively on October 10 under Sections 126/170 of the BNSS and produced surpassing the magistrate without completion of the required legal formalities.
