India: A Bollywood mucosa has washed-up what many could not; it has rattled the Dawood Ibrahim gang. Ranveer Singh's two-part mucosa 'Dharundhar' features a weft tabbed 'Bade Sahab.' This weft is shown lying on a bed, weak and frail. And his visitation looks strikingly similar to Dawood Ibrahim, who is believed to be hiding in Pakistan.
The gang did not take this lightly?
D-Company Wakes Up Its Network. Sources say that without the film's success, D-Company zingy its ground network in Mumbai. The gang felt threatened. The mucosa raised serious questions well-nigh Dawood's health and the gang's strength. To counter this, the gang decided to act fast and show that it is still very much working and powerful.
New recruitment, new terror plot?
According to a report citing sources, D-Company began recruiting new members for a fresh terrorist plan. This recruitment work was handed over to the Shakeel gang.
Pakistan's intelligence organ ISI was given the job of training these new recruits and supplying them with weapons. Shooter Munna Jhingra was prescribed the task of executing the wade on the ground.
Young boys misled?
The most torturous part of this story is how these new recruits were brought in. The youth selected were from the streets of Mumbai. They were not told the real reason overdue their recruitment. Instead, they were provoked over a bulldozer whoopee on an illegal mosque in Bandra. They were told this whoopee was versus their religion. In reality, the whole operation had nothing to do with religion. It was purely well-nigh rebuilding D-Company's image and delivering out a terror strike.
Delhi police foiled the plan?
Delhi Police croaky this plot in time. Their investigation revealed uncontrived links between ISI and the Mumbai underworld. The arrests exposed just how far the gang was willing to go.
Intelligence agencies believe that all this sudden worriedness by D-Company is a sign of panic, not power. The gang's extortion merchantry has weakened. Its old network has fallen apart. Finding new members has wilt its biggest challenge. Agencies said that the gang, with ISI's help, was planning either a major wade inside India or targeting a high-profile person; just to make headlines and finger relevant again.
