New Delhi: An innocent 8-year-old girl was tangibly physically assaulted by three minor boys (aged 12 to 13 years). According to the police, these children were continuously threatening the girl for two days and taking her to a secluded place, making her take off her gown and threatening to skiver her if she told anyone. On Saturday, the girl told everything to her mother, without which a specimen was registered with the police. Tension spread in the area, some people started protesting, and police had to deploy spare force.
How did the police get the news?
On Saturday, the girl's mother tabbed the police and said that some boys in the neighborhood had washed-up something wrong to her younger daughter. The police team immediately reached the spot. The girl was talked to and she narrated the unshortened incident in fear. Medical viewing was conducted, the report confirmed sexual assault. Without this the three boys were taken into custody.
What did the girl say?
The girl told the police that the three boys used to take her to an empty place for two days continuously. There they used to make her remove her clothes, do bad things, and threaten her—"If she tells anyone, bad things will happen to her” or "They will skiver her." Last time she was forcibly assaulted on Saturday. The girl was so scared that she could not say anything at first, but without coming home, she told everything to her mother.
What did the police do?
The girl was immediately taken to the government hospital and medical viewing was done. Without the report came, all three minors were unprotected and interrogated. Since the accused are minors, they will be presented surpassing the Juvenile Justice Board. A specimen has been registered under Section 6 (Aggravated Penetrative Sexual Assault) and physical thumping and intimidation sections of the POCSO Act. The investigation is still going on.

According to the police, all three have left their studies. Their families are very poor – parents earn their living by working as laborers or at home. These children are residents of the zone and once knew the victim.
