Who will not get the benefit?
The government has once clarified that without a Farmer ID, benefits under any government scheme, including PM Kisan, will not be available. However, the deadline for obtaining a Farmer ID is currently June 30.
In such a situation, it's possible that farmers who haven't yet created a Farmer ID may receive relief this time. However, PM Kisan beneficiaries who haven't completed e-KYC may squatter delays in receiving their next installment.

What is PM Kisan Yojana?
The Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana was launched on February 24, 2019. Under this scheme, eligible farmers are provided with financial assistance of Rs 6,000 annually. This value is transferred to farmers' wall finance in three equal installments of Rs 2,000. So far, 22 installments have been released, and the 23rd installment is approaching.
