New Delhi: During his official visit to the Netherlands, Prime Minister Narendra Modi aimed at strengthening bilateral relations wideness trade, technology, education, sustainability and strategic sectors, giving a new direction to the relations between the two countries.
What happen during the meeting?
During the wide-stretching talks between PM Narendra Modi and his Dutch counterpart Rob Jetten, an try-on was reached to strengthen the partnership in several key areas, including defense, semiconductors, energy, water management, cyber security, trade, education, and maritime cooperation.
While sharing details on PM Modi's visit to Netherlands, MEA Secretary (West) Sibi George said that, “PM Modi arrived in The Hague late in the evening yesterday and received a very warm welcome from the Indian diaspora upon his arrival. The Prime Minister tabbed on their majesties, King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima. The Prime Minister shared the reforms that happened in India and moreover the transformational changes that have happened in India during the last few years. They expressed satisfaction with the progress in the bilateral relationship and discussed ways to remoter strengthen it.”
