Mumbai: A sensational specimen of distribution of poisonous capsules among people during Moharram procession has come to light in Byculla zone of Mumbai. Police have underdeveloped a 39-year-old man resident of Pune in this case. It is so-called that zinc phosphide was found in the sheathing he had.
