New Delhi: Congress leader Pawan Kheda has got relief from the Supreme Court. The noon magistrate has granted him anticipatory ladle in the defamation and forgery specimen registered by Assam Police. This specimen was registered on the complaint of Riniki Bhuyan Sarma, wife of Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. The Magistrate made it well-spoken that a person's liberty cannot be endangered without sufficient reason.
