Suzuki Dzire Hybrid Launched In Philippines At PHP 920,000 (Rs. 13.9 Lakh), Expected To Launch In India Next YearThe Maruti Suzuki Dzire has been launched in the Philippines. It is known as the Suzuki Dzire Hybrid. It should be noted that this model is offered with a hybrid engine and a CVT transmission. The Dzire hybrid starts for PHP 920,000 or Rs. 13.90 Lakh. It is expected to launch in India as well. Let’s take a closer look.
Engine & Transmission
The Dzire hybrid is powered by the Z12E 1.2-litre naturally aspirated 3-cylinder engine. It is paired with a 12V Hybrid system. The shower pack is of 0.072 kWh, sending 2.93 HP to the front wheels. The electric motor should provide torque squire and modernize fuel efficiency as well as facilitate energy recuperation.
The engine produces 81 HP and 111.7 Nm of torque, which are identical figures when compared to the non-hybrid version. However, it is only offered with a CVT transmission. The fuel economy figures haven’t been revealed, so the fuel economy proceeds cannot be interpreted at present.
