Tehran: A major maritime wade took place near the Strait of Hormuz on Tuesday tween tensions in West Asia. Two UAE-flagged oil tankers were hit by missiles. Before the attack, Iran had said that its Revolutionary Guards had conducted "warning firing" to stop two ships passing through Hormuz. According to Iranian media, these ships were accused of "illegal movement" and a signal was given to stop them. But the UAE has refused to winnow this.
