Patna: As Bihar is gearing up for the turnout elections, war of words between political leaders have started. The first phase of Bihar referendum is all set to start on November 6. Pawan Singh, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and bhojpuri singer-actor took a dig at Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Khesari Lal Yadav.
