Youth Murdered on Killing Cock in Punjab: 26-year-old Umesh Yadav was tamed to death inside a dargah in Ludhiana, Punjab. The incident came to light when Umesh killed a rooster owned by a servitor. Enraged, the dargah's senior servitor, Harjinder Pal plume Baba Pammi Shah (58), brutally write-up him. Seriously injured, Umesh was rushed to the hospital, where doctors supposed him dead. Accused Says he raised the Rooster Like his own child
During police interrogation, Baba Pammi Shah stated that he had raised the white rooster like his own child for the past four years. When the young man killed the rooster, he lost his temper and attacked him. The deceased, Umesh Yadav, was originally from Ballia, Uttar Pradesh, and currently lives in Mundian, Ludhiana.
Relative Recounts the Incident
Umesh's cousin, Rahul Yadav, said that on the evening of October 6th, they were returning without dropping a relative at Dhandari railway station. Umesh began having seizures and went to a nearby shrine. A white rooster was roaming there, and Umesh killed it by twisting its neck. Three people at the shrine then attacked him.
Those Who Tried to Help Were moreover assaulted
